Finding your perfect home

1 – Determine Your Wants and Needs.

This is the single most important step. By asking you a series of questions we will establish what you are looking for.  We will not waste your time by looking at properties that are not in your price range or homes that do not meet your needs. Throughout the buying process we will maintain your confidentiality and represent your best interests.

2 – Assist in Mortgage Pre-Qualification

Mortgage ApplicationThis step will show you how much you can afford.  This is accomplished by speaking with several financial institutions and establishing the monthly payment you will be comfortable with. Many sellers will not proceed with an offer until they know they are working with someone who is qualified. We help you get there quickly!

3 – Finding the Right Home

Our powerful search programs and the latest real estate technology tools will be utilized to find the properties that match your search parameters.  We can send this information to you immediately via e-mail so that you can browse at your leisure. We will disclose all known facts about properties of interest so you are able to make an informed decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, we will assist you in writing an offer and act as liaison between you and the seller.

4 – Securing the Home

The purchase contract will be thoroughly explained, providing all options necessary to architect the most logical and advantageous offer to be proposed to the seller.
